Frequently Asked Questions 

Here are some answers to the questions we most frequently receive: 


What happens after I’ve placed an order? 

We send you an order confirmation, and then your order goes to our fulfillment center to be packaged and shipped. Once it has been shipped you will receive another email giving an approximate delivery date. 

What if I want to cancel my order? 

If you want to cancel your order, please email If your order hasn’t been shipped, we will stop processing it and refund 100% to your credit card. If it has shipped, you can return it unused for a full refund including shipping. 

How long do refunds take? 

If you cancel an unshipped order – within 48 hours. If you return a shipped order – within about 7 days of you mailing it back to us. It may take more or less time for it to appear on your billing statement, depending on your card provider. 

What if I want to return my order? 

We make that very easy. Please see our returns policy (insert hyperlink to returns policy) 

What if I want to exchange my order? 

We don’t do exchanges. Please return the items you don’t want, and make a new order for the ones you do. 


Shipping & Delivery 

How do you ship orders? 

Nearly all orders are sent by USPS First Class Mail. 

When can I expect delivery? 

The USPS quotes between three and seven days for its first-class service. 

Can I get my delivery faster? 

Yes – there’s an expedited shipping option on the checkout page. 

How quickly do you ship? 

We aim to get all orders mailed within 72 hours of receipt, usually quicker – on the next business day. Sometimes orders may be delayed because of inventory issues. That happens rarely, but if it does we will send you an email within 24 hours of receiving your order telling you when to expect delivery. You can then cancel for a full refund, or accept a mystery gift from us delivered with your order once it is back in stock. 

Do you ship to or Military APO/FPO or PO Boxes? What about Alaska, Hawaii and US territories? 

Yes – we ship everywhere the flag flies. But deliveries to some areas may take longer and may not be available for expedited shipping. If that happens, we let you know and refund expedited shipping charges – and you’ve always got the option to cancel. 

What about International Shipping? 

We ship to every country in the world to which a US company may lawfully export. Additional shipping fees will apply and our normal delivery times will be extended.  Please see our returns section for important information about international orders (insert hyperlink to returns FAQs).

Can I track my order? 

To keep shipping costs to a minimum, we use USPS First Class Mail – and USPS doesn't offer tracking on that service. For expedited shipping and larger orders, we use USPS Priority Mail and those deliveries can be tracked.  

How will I know when you’ve shipped my order? 

We will send you an email the same day it is mailed. If you have a tracking number, we will include that information in your delivery email.

How do I get in touch with you? 

By email: We pride ourselves on answering all emails within 24 hours. 

Do you have a phone or chat option? 

No – email is the best and most effective way of communication and we limit ourselves to it. All emails are carefully reviewed and promptly answered. 

Where are you based? 

We are based in Los Angeles, California 

Do you sell wholesale? 

Not within the USA. If you are outside of the USA, please contact us at to see if a wholesale option is available.
